Version 1.0 — effective 5 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Biotech Catalyst
Sentinel API at api.biotechcatalystsentinel.com and the website at
biotechcatalystsentinel.com (together, "the Service"). "We" and "us" means the operator of
the Service. "You" means anyone who calls the API or uses its data, including software acting
on a person's behalf. Contact: [email protected].
The Service is machine-first: most callers are programs. Where these terms say "you agree",
sending a request to a paid route, or paying for one, is the agreement.
The Service collects public filings that companies make with the US Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), reads out the dates on which the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is
expected to decide on a drug application, and serves those dates as structured data. Each
record links to the filing it came from and carries the sentence that asserted the date. Past
dates are scored against the FDA's own public record and the results are published free.
We relay what companies disclose. We do not forecast the FDA, and we do not provide investment,
medical, legal or tax advice.

You agree not to: bypass or interfere with the payment mechanism; probe, overload or attack the
Service or its infrastructure; scrape the Service other than through its documented routes; use
the Service in breach of any law, sanction or regulation that applies to you; or use the data
to harm the companies, patients or people it concerns. We may block callers who do any of these.
The Service keeps no accounts and sets no cookies for API callers. For each request we may record
the route, the time, the response status, the User-Agent header and the calling IP address.
For each paid request we also record the payer wallet address, the payee address, the network,
the amount and the transaction hash; these last items are also public on the blockchain by the
nature of the payment.
We use these records to operate the Service, measure demand, detect abuse and resolve payment
questions. We do not sell them and we do not use them to profile individuals. Records are kept
for as long as they are needed for those purposes. To ask what we hold about a wallet address or
IP, or to ask for its removal where the law gives you that right, email
Served forward dates and their later resolutions are signed and recorded on a public blockchain
so that anyone can verify what the Service published and when. These records contain the
Service's own catalyst identifiers, dates and hashes. They contain no information about callers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising
from the Service or its data, including any trading or investment loss; and our total liability
to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid the Service in
that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the changelog at least 30 days
before they take effect where practicable, and the version and effective date at the top of this
page change. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales
have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer rights you hold where you live.
